Arcadia Properties, LLC is a privately owned real estate development and management company specializing in residential land development, warehouse, office, flex, retail, industrial and hotel development throughout eastern Pennsylvania. Arcadia also offers facility and construction management. Founded in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1986 as Arcadia Development Corporation, it was restructured as Arcadia Properties, LLC in 1999. Richard E. Thulin and Charles R. Diacont are principals of Arcadia Properties, LLC.

Arcadia’s newest projects are Arcadia North Business Park and Arcadia East Industrial Park. Arcadia North is a 600 acre rail served industrial park that is planned for about 3,500,000,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution (logistics operations), manufacturing, and other commercial space. The Park is located in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Tax abatement opportunities exist with the park located within a Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ), and a five year Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance (LERTA) district. The park also enjoys the availability of many financial incentives and government assistant programs through the Commonwealth of PA. Arcadia North Business Park is located close to your market, minutes away from Interstate 380 and Interstate 80, and serviced by two Class 1 railroad companies 0 Norfolk-Southern and Canadian Pacific. Arcadia North is being developed as a build-to-suit park with all utilities available including natural gas and high speed data (fiber optics).

Arcadia East Industrial Park is a 110 acre business park recently selected by Trader Joe’s for a 550,000 square foot cold storage distribution facility located in East Allen Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Arcadia East also features 20 acres of retail and commercial land available for development.

Arcadia Properties, LLC is headquartered in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley with current projects in the Pocono Mountains (Monroe County), Allentown and Saucon Valley (Lehigh County), Bethlehem and Easton (Northampton County), and new projects on the way. Strategically located in the Northeast of Pennsylvania, the transportation access of these projects to the Mid-Atlantic region is made convenient by the Federal Interstate Highway System. All destinations are linked by major routes such as: I-80, I-84, I-78 and I-95. Air travel is possible through any of the three international airports (all within two hours of each other): Lehigh Valley International Airport, Wilkes-Barre International Airport, and Newark International Airport (NJ).
